Steven -- this is terrific stuff. I'm going to share this with BCBSNC as a prep for our quarterly brainstorm session. They say they want new ideas, but they get stuck on the list of projects they're already committed to. This might free up our thinking. FYI, the sample questions posed in this interview are: 1. Who uses our product in ways we never expected or intended? 2. What is the biggest hassle of purchasing or using our product? 3. Which customers could be more major users if only we could remove on major barrier we’ve never removed before? 4. How would our product change if it were customized for every user? 5. Which technologies embedded in our product have changed the most since the product was designed?
